Yes, the prices are usually doubled that of a normal sailing, but the freedom to be around 2000 all gay people is priceless. Most people first think that it's just a big party and lot of sexual hook ups. Yes it can be that, but it's so much more. You get to really relax and be yourself, unlike when your on vacation and are around non-gay people, and families of kids. The cruise staff actually look forward to gay charters because they enjoy the big revenue from the money that passengers on the sailing hand out for such things as alcohol, on-board purchase, and some great tippers. They also enjoy that there are very little complaining from the gay traveler. Most that do cruise, are seasoned travelers, educated, and have some common senses.
